Reconditioning Process

 Our reconditioning process goes much further than most companies. On most machines we remove the tanks and body parts, right down to the main frame. We treat any rust or corrosion then prime and repaint with a high quality coating. Engines and hydraulics are pressure tested and check for any leaks. All maintenance "wear parts" are replaced. Electric motors are rebuilt or replaced. All NEW skirts, squeegees, brushes, and batteries are installed. All equipment is inspected by a Tennant Company Certified Master Technician before leaving our facility.
