    Maintenance One employees have been servicing cleaning equipment for over 25 years. We offer onsite repair of your equipment, by one of our highly experienced and skilled service technicians, who will try to their best abilities to repair your equipment on the first visit. We also offer pick-up and delivery services for the repair and maintenance of your machine to and from our repair facility.  

    Maintenance One offers Planned Maintenance Service Programs designed to keep your equipment up and running and reduce unpredictable downtime and service costs. Service provided on your site or at our full service facility with pick-up available.

    And our on-site trianing to your team improves opera tional  efficiency and productivity, reducing direct  support costs. 
Used and Reconditioned Equipment

    Maintenance One refurbished machines have been restored to like-new condition at an exceptional value. These are great deals for companys on a budget, with savings as much as 50% off the cost of a new machine.

  • Our equipment includes 60 day or more parts and labor warranty.
  • New brushes, filters, squeegees, and skirts as required.
  • Full engine tune-up, fluid changes, brakes and wheel bearings.
  • Hydraulics, tanks, hopper and other major components tested, repaired or replaced.

 

Rental Equipment

    Maintenance One has a large stock of very well maintained sweepers and scrubbers for rent. This equipment is available by the day, week, month, and year, and delivery can be made to any location. We typically have walk behind scrubbers, walk behind sweepers, rider scrubbers, and rider sweepers in stock.

  • Need a machine for a one time, occasional, or special projects? Prepping a warehouse or factory? Cleaning a construction site or parking structure?

  • We have a large inventory of well maintained industrial scrubbers and sweepers available for a day, week, month or year.

  • No matter what the job, we have the machine to take care of it.

  • Rental services including delivery and pick-up are available throughout Florida and out of state.
